Three-hour minimum. You only pay for the hours we're actively running the booth at your event.
How the whole experience works
- Step 01
Request a quote
Tell us about your event — date, venue, hours, and any add-ons you're considering. We respond within one business day.
- Step 02
Receive your digital proposal & contract
We send a digital proposal that doubles as your contract. Review everything, sign electronically, and you're done — no printing or scanning.
- Step 03
Secure your date with a deposit
A 25% deposit is paid securely online to lock in your date. The balance is due before your event. We accept all major cards.
- Step 04
We arrive 45–60 minutes early to set up
Our team arrives 45 to 60 minutes before your event start time to set up the mirror, lighting, props, and any backdrop you've added. Setup is complimentary — never charged to you.
- Step 05
Your event — your booth hours begin
Your professional attendant stays with the booth the entire time to greet guests, run the experience, and make sure every print is perfect. You only pay for these active event hours.
- Step 06
Breakdown takes about 30 minutes — also free
When your booked hours end, we quietly tear down in roughly 30 minutes. You're not charged a minute for setup or breakdown.
- Step 07
Online gallery delivered
Within a few days after your event, you'll receive a private online gallery with every photo, GIF, and boomerang from the night.
